• Processing Timeline: Upon receiving a deletion request, it may take 90 days or more to fully process and remove your data from our active systems and backups.
• Permanent Email Association: To prevent platform abuse and maintain system integrity, once an account is deleted, the associated email address cannot be used to create a new account in the future.
• Forfeiture of Assets: Account deletion is permanent and results in the immediate and irreversible forfeiture of all remaining tokens, credits, premium subscriptions, and historical data. We provide no refunds or credit transfers for deleted accounts.
• Cross-App Impact: Deleting your account through any single Oracular application (such as Uttara) will result in the deletion of your account across all Oracular Services and applications.

However, restoration is at our sole discretion, and we provide no guarantee that your data, profile, or tokens can be recovered once a deletion request is initiated.
